BUILDING AND AREA DESCRIPTION:
This comfortable apartment is situated in the most attractive location for seaside holiday – on the Promenade filled by shops and restaurants, only 300 m from the beautiful sandy beach. Both children and adults will find plenty of opportunities for great fun. This area is a perfect choice for family holidays – if the weather is not favorable for outdoor fun, to the rescue comes the aquapark, which is located 350 meters from the apartment. The promenade is filled with amazing restaurants serving Polish specialties, atmospheric cafes and shops that can fulfill all daily needs. The closest restaurants are in very apartment building – with just few steps, guests can treat themselves with a delicious meal. The apartment is also located 5-minutes by foot away from the historical SPA Park, a beautiful greenery perfect for an evening walk. Across the street there’s a bus stop and within 350 m radius there are numerous bike rentals, making exploring charms of this seaside city convenient.
IMPORTANT! From the beginning of September 2020 to the end of April 2021, renovation of the facade of the No. 16, 18 and 20 Baltic Park buildings is planned, which may cause noise, dust and traffic obstructions. Renovation may be extended - we apologize for any inconvenience.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
This fully equipped apartment can accommodate up to for six people – it’s perfect for family holidays! The living space consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment also has lovely corner balcony fitted with garden furniture. Even larger families will comfortably sleep in this apartment, as sleeping arrangements include a double sofa bed in the living room, and a double bed and bunk beds in the bedrooms. Parents traveling with small children will also be equipped with a cot and baby's high chair if they wish so (additional fee 50 PLN per day). The interior is bright and airy, creating an inviting atmosphere, amplified by amenities. Entertainment multimedia include a TV with access to Polish and German channels and high-speed Wifi. An extensive range of bathroom and kitchen appliances (a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a washing machine – just to name a few) takes care of all possible needs, so that all that is left is enjoying the stay.

Leider war es am Morgen sehr laut,weil die Promenade gesäubert wurde. Sicherlich ist es erforderlich, nur schränkt es den Erholungseffekt etwas ein. Ansonsten ist die Lage der Wohnung perfekt.
