On the ground floor of the building there are commercial premises such as shops and beauty services. In the area there are many recreational areas such as parks or bicycle paths. For children there is a playground, next to the estate there is a Bawialnia "Jeszcze 2 minutki". The location of the flat provides excellent access to other districts of Krakow thanks to the proximity of tram and bus stops. The Main Market Square and the Wawel Royal Castle can be reached in just 15 minutes by car. Access to Oskar Schindler's Factory is 7 minutes.
