The apartment is located in a housing estate in the recreational district of Świnoujście at Chełmońskiego Street. In the vicinity of the estate there is a safe and large playground (450 meters from the apartment). The location of the apartment provides close access to a wide range of attractions all year round. The location in the modern city center, full of the best restaurants, cafes, numerous shops and a shopping center provides access to various attractions and beautiful places on the map of Świnoujście. The apartment is located about 2 km from the city beach and the Promenade of Świnoujście. The Świnoujście Centrum train station is 350 meters from the apartment, and within less than 20 minutes walk there is the Uznam Shopping Center and the Municipal Market. The abundance of greenery and relaxing recreational areas (Chopin Park, 1.3 km from the apartment building) and the proximity of the city center allow guests to fully enjoy the charms of Świnoujście.

Wenn keine Parkplätze in der Nähe frei sind kann man nicht bei Lidl parken ohne einen Strafzettel zu bekommen,da er kostenpflichtig ist .Irgendwo muss man über Nacht parken.Das Geschirr war angeschlagen.
