BUILDING AND AREA DESCRIPTION:
The apartment studio with a patio is situated in the Seaside District, only 100 m from the new part of Promenade and 350 m from the beautiful sandy beach. The apartment is part of the “Roża Wiatrów” apartment complex with an elevator and security monitoring. It’s a dream come true location for all lovers of active holidays on Polish seaside. The nearest beach is one of the most beautiful and the widest of Polish beaches, internationally recognized with the "Blue Flag" award for its cleanliness and maintenance. The amazing hallmark of the city – Promenade – is a modern vision of holiday, filled not only with restaurants and cafes, but also an outdoor gym, fresh water springs, bike stations, playgrounds, and sensory gardens with many exotic plants. Another attractive holiday option is the Aquapark, 500 m from the accommodation. Despite proximity to touristic attractions, the area is quiet and very green. The building is located opposite a large, green square with benches and a playground for children. The historic Spa Park, ideal for evening walks, is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The entire area can be comfortably explored on bicycles, thanks to the conveniently marked bike paths and many bike rentals.

This fully equipped apartment studio can accommodate up to 2 people, with a bed layout of two single sofa beds. In addition, parents traveling with small children can also reserve a cot and baby's high chair. The studio consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. An important advantage of the apartment is a private exit to the patio, where one can relax on garden furniture surrounded by greenery. The decor of the apartment is minimalist, in elegant tones of browns and creamy beige. At the same time the studio is equipped with elements necessary for a stress-free, relaxing stay, such as comfortable furniture and kitchen and bathroom appliances. Multimedia amenities include free high-speed WiFi and a TV with access to Polish and German channels. For a good start of their stay, guests are provided with toiletries, towels and bed linen.
