The building in which the flat is located is situated in a quiet area of Poznań. It also has numerous attractions, making it a great location for couples travelling for leisure, as well as for parents planning a leisure trip with their kids. There is no shortage of public transport stops nearby - the nearest one is just 600 metres from the property, and you can walk to Poznań Główny train station in 9 minutes (700 m). The possibility of trouble-free grocery shopping is ensured by the close proximity of grocery shops - a walk to them takes only 3-7 minutes. Right next to the building is the charming Wilson Park with its reservoir, historic Alpinarium and concert shell. A number of dining establishments are available in the area, such as Projekt WILSON Restaurant (500 m), Okuki Sushi Bar & Restaurant (600 m) and PAKAMERA PIZZERIA (600 m). For a cup of aromatic coffee it is worth going to the Dżungla Cafe, which is only 220 m away from the flat. The historic Poznań Market Square with its famous Goats can be reached in about 13 minutes by car.
