The apartment is located in the center of Świnoujście, in a quiet, new housing estate at Chełmońskiego Street. The estate has a playground for children, and the apartment building itself is equipped with an elevator. The apartment is located 1200m from the promenade with a beautiful sandy beach - an ideal place for a holiday vacation or a walk by the sea. The area is surrounded by green areas - in just a few steps you can walk to the Chopin Park or the larger Zdrojowy Park. This location can meet all your daily needs thanks to the many interesting restaurants and shopping outlets. The nearest supermarket is only 200m away. For fans of active leisure, we recommend going to the Aquapark, which is only 2 km from the apartment. If you travel by train, this apartment will be a great choice, as it takes about 5 minutes to get to the Świnoujście Centrum Railway Station.

Also, high-speed wireless Internet access and a flat-screen TV will surely make your stay in the apartment pleasant. There is also a large, sunny terrace (20m2) connected with a bedroom and a living room. It is equipped with chairs, a table and a garden umbrella. Parents traveling with small children will also be equipped with a cot and a baby's high chair (earlier reservation required).
