The apartment is located 1200m from the promenade with a beautiful sandy beach - an ideal place for a holiday vacation or a walk by the sea. The area is surrounded by green areas - you can walk to the Chopin Park or the larger Spa Park in just a few steps. This location can meet all your daily needs thanks to the many interesting restaurants and shopping outlets. The nearest supermarket is only 200m away. If you travel by train, this apartment will be a great choice, as it takes about 5 minutes to get to the Świnoujście Centrum Railway Station.
